If you have a specific schedule or arrive with a cruise ship, we will do our best to adapt the tour time to your plans.

We usually meet at the information kiosk next to the Sea Gate (Main Gate of Kotor Old Town).
If needed, we can also arrange to meet at another location within the Old Town upon request.

After your booking is confirmed, we will send you the exact location along with photos of the meeting point, so it will be very easy to find.

For additional convenience, we will also share the local guide’s phone number, so you can contact them if needed on the day of the tour.

Booking is confirmed once we agree on the plan, availability, and pricing. You’ll always receive clear information before anything is finalized.

Payment is made in cash on the day of the tour. All details are agreed in advance, with no hidden costs or surprises. ATMs are easy to find if needed.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you let us know as early as possible. We usually send a short reminder before the tour as well, to keep things clear and avoid misunderstandings.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will always be informed as early as possible. Because we work with a limited number of private tours and focus strongly on quality, this situation is very rare. If it does happen, we will offer an alternative solution if available. When possible, we also try to provide a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
